  • Adult Two Day--Sunday and Monday--registration: $85
  • Youth 17 and under Full Registration: $74 1/17
  • Youth 17 and under Two Day--Friday and Saturday--registration: $47
  • Youth 17 and under Two Day--Sunday and Monday--registration: $42
  • Kids' Track -- child with 1 or 2 parents: $35
  • Delectable Sunday Brunch: $49
  • Waterfront Pub Crawl: $5
  • Dégustons du Fromage(French Cheese tasting): $8
  • Hotel/Event Parking - FREE

There are three ways to register for StaRGazer 2018

  • Online registration with direct on-line paypal, credit, or debit payment.

    Update: We have extended the on-line registration with immediate electronic payment to be available through the event. Access to on-line registration is through the link on this page.
  • Download, print, and fill out a registration form for

    mail-in registration

    and send check payment with the registration form by mail. Last day for mail-in registration is January 31, 2018.
  • Download, print, and fill out a registration form for

    on-site registration

    and bring it with you to the registration table at the RG. Please note: Payment for paper registration is by check or cash only.
  • You can combine registration methods (online+mail) and add items to your registration at the prevalent rate-we will take care of the tracking.

Payments and refunds

  • Secure credit, debit, or PayPal payments are available online. .
  • Online registration without direct payment closed February 8, 2018. The mail-in registrations deadline was January 31, 2018
  • Check payment should be made out to LA Mensa and mailed to GLAAM/LA Mensa RG, 115 W California Blvd #255, Pasadena, CA 91105, or brought with you to the registration desk at the event.
  • To take advantage of discounted registration, mailed payments must be postmarked by the end date of each promotional discount, and received within 7 days of the close date of the discount.
  • REFUNDS The deadline for full refunds, minus a $10 processing fee, was January 31, 2018. Extenuating circumstances will be evaluated on a case by case basis to determine if a refund can be issued after January 31, 2018.
