30 Dec 2008: The Newsletter page now has a link to the January issue of L.A. Mentary.
11 Dec 2008: Added Jay Friedlander's information to the Contacts page.

Updated the Calendar for January through June now that the printed edition has been submitted to the Newsletter Editor.
8 Dec 2008: The Hi-Desert Christmas Party on Dec 13^th has been canceled.
3 Dec 2008: Karen gave me new versions of the registration forms for the 2009 Mini RG. The new ones are the kind that allow you to type in your information before printing it out for mailing. I've uploaded these to the website in place of the old ones.
27 Nov 2008: Gene's column in the December newsletter says that election materials are available on the website. They weren't, but they are now. Look for them in the Members Only area. The menu strip and main page there now include an item about the 2009 election.

24 Nov 2008: See my update for 5 Nov about converting board meeting minutes to PDF format. Today I've converted several more, but I've discovered that I'm missing a number of older ones in their original form. I've put out a request for the original/official copies of these so I can convert them too.
23 Nov 2008: Removed the notice about the Nov 22^nd Town Hall Meeting from the main page now that the meeting is over.
21 Nov 2008: Added the draft agenda for tomorrow's Board of Directors / Town Hall Meeting to the list of 2008 Board Meeting notes in the Members Only area.
19 Nov 2008: In response to comments that the Nov 22^nd Town Hall Meeting hasn't been clearly identified on the calendar, I've added notices to it in Crimson on the main page, on the public calendar, and on the Members Only calendar, and added a description of what the meeting will be about, both to the event's description and on the 2008 Board of Directors Meetings page in the Members Only area.
17 Nov 2008: The December Board of Directors meeting and the L.A. Mentary Mailing party had been scheduled on the 26th, but have been moved to the 27th.
11 Nov 2008: The 2009 Mini RG page is now available, including a description and registration forms.

5 Nov 2008: Long story short: Many of the minutes, agendas, and submitted reports in the Members Only area's board meeting history were modified recently, and not by me, leaving them looking corrupted and difficult to read. To keep this from happening again, and also to ensure that they look right on Macs and other computer platforms to which I don't have ready access, I'm in the process of converting as many of them as I can into PDF files. Today, several of them have been converted, with more to come in the near future.

On the Contacts page, removed Ishnella as Membership Outreach Committee chair, and added Madeline as chair of the 2009 Mini-RG.

22 Oct 2008: On Feb 2nd, the GLAAM Board decided to move the event details from the public calendar into the Members Only area of the website. There are a bunch of reasons why this task took me so long, but I've finally gotten it done.

Also added “Updates” to the menu strip across the top of each page and altered the menu strip on the Members Only page to highlight items in that area.
18 Oct 2008: The 2009 and 2010 Regional Gathering pages have been updated, now that we're not doing the 2009 RG as originally anticipated, and now that we have a venue and a chair for the 2010 RG.
